In case if any product is found damaged or not in working condition at the time of delivery of the product, or if You are not satisfied with the delivered product, You can return those products or raise a request for the replacement against the product. No return will be accepted upon delivery of the product to You and upon Your acceptance of such delivery. If You are not satisfied with the products delivered, We will take the returned product back with us subject to the products being in good, saleable condition. No returns will be accepted, nor will We be liable to make any refunds or issue any credit notes, or make any settlements with respect to products which are not in saleable condition or are damaged after delivery to You.
In case of a prepaid item/order getting returned, You will get the amount credited to Your wallet/account against the returned item/order within 15 (fifteen) working days from the raising of returns request.
In case You raise any complaint against the delivered and accepted product, we will initiate replacement of the product only upon validation of the complaint by Our customer support executives.
All rewards or cashback for Prepaid orders will be added to your account/wallet only
after successful delivery.
